i am a toolmaker within BMW Group where i help to maintain the die sets for making the panels for MINI and BMW cars
I have learnt alot about the business and how to improve myself as a person along side an engineer. My work ethic has improved i feel much more confident as a person because of the apprenticeship and the people i work with.
I enjoy my program alot as there is always a chance to improve upon yourself and there is always something new for the next day.I enjoy the work that i do and i feel proud once comepleted.
I feel like i do add something to the team but i can always improve and contribute more
There is a good structure to the program but there is always room for improvement and how it will be organised.
I gain support when needed and all training that i require is given.
Any support i require i receive
The salary is very good for a student leaver at 16 but once living costs, travel and hobbies are included it can become tight and saving is required.
Not at my current level but i am hoping i get more oppitunities in the future such as working abroad.
Yes
It is a great opportunity to all.
