Working at aldi on the apprenticeship scheme is good, you learn new things everyday.
I feel like aldi value me a lot.
The programme is very structured and organised but flexible at the same time.
My training provider is always there if I need anything.
My employer checks in with me to see if I need any help with my work or completing anything to do with my apprenticeship, so very supportive.
The salary on this apprenticeship pays very well.

I would recommend aldi to a friend because you get a lot out of it, you can work your way up the ladder easily.
Don't apply for aldi if you aren't used to working hard or getting stuck in.
