  • My training provider gave me any support needed but of course she had a high number of students to provide support to making it hard to maintain the Apprenticeship sometimes.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary has unfortunately not met my costs in life. The wage/package is very low for somebody that is 20 years of age. I have not been able to financially support myself but I believe if I was younger (16-17) the wage would be suitable.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

    6/10

  • 9b. Why?
  • Aldi are a fantastic company to work for that looks after their employees as much as possible.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Don't apply for the Apprenticeship if your over the age of 18 due to the much lower wage you will receive then store assistants even though you are effectively doing the same work if not more.
