During the smart future programme, i completed a CMI Qualification in team leading and management. I also participated in a number of group activities and presentations. Furthermore, i had work experience in the transaction tax department, where i learnt about what they do.

I enjoyed it a lot; the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The environment was very calm.
I feel like EY is a very good company; they provide a good service and treat their employees very well.
My programme was structured well. However, there was no choice in terms of where we wanted to work. For example, i didn't want to work in the tax department, although i did enjoy working there in the end.
My training provider is there if i do need her to ask any questions i have and she has emphasised this, however, we do not stay in touch. My training provider has been supportive during and shortly after the programme.
My employer hasn't been in touch but was very supportive during the programme and was very supportive about the progress i made during the programme. However, if i do have any questions, she would be more than happy to help.
My salary was good and i was happy with it.
This was quite a big opportunity and yes there are many opportunities outside of work since the company continuously email me about new opportunities.
Yes
I would recommend EY to a friend because they have a great atmosphere and it is a very enjoyable place to work.
Create more opportunities like the smart futures programme so that many young people can take part.
