Had to log my daily activities when working within a team, about how this has allowed me to achieve the abilities to become an effective team leader. It has allowed me to work on-site face-to-face with client and carry out actions they see fit. Alongside this, I was working towards winning a Dragons Den competition with my colleagues.
Learnt better organisation, in which it required me to be much more attentive and actively listen so that I grasp knowledge and understanding of my purpose there, in doing so I was able to organise myself and stay on top of deadlines. I have definitely improved my team work skills, during the Dragons Den challenge I really got to work with my team to formulate our ideas.
It was definitely insightful and I got a lot out of it. Therefore, I enjoyed the programme as it was a great way for me tk develop my human capital.
Significantly, as there were a lot of other candidates but EY were able to show effective personal relations with me, that definitely made me feel valuedz
Completely well organised, as they had set tasks for each day.
Initially I received immense support, but as it has been a long time since we’ve been in contact.. this has obviously decreased.
Same thing as stated in 6a
I dont have any immediate responsibilities, therefore, the salary on a whole was satisfactory
Yes
Yes
They care about personal relations with their staff more than the tasks at hand. Therefore, this does help with staff motivation to do better in their work.
Make sure you are willing to come out your shell and work with others!
