Heavily admin based role however I have interactions across the business in all areas of the technical and admin departments. I am given projects to work on and have responsibility over a customer facing training mailbox
I am working towards a level 3 diploma in business administration I have improved my interpersonal skills and also learnt a lot about working in a business environment.
Great company culture and caring and compassionate team
The end of week love email makes you feel as if you have been recognised for hard work
I have an assessor come in once a month to provide external check ups on how I am progressing. I have Bi-weekly 1-2-1's with my manager in order to keep a track on where I am at with not only coursework but also my day to day role. For the first 6 months I had intense mentoring from a colleague on the team.
I receive guidance and monthly catch ups. I also have her email to be able to contact her whenever I need to
For the first 6 months of the programme I received intense training, now I am given new and exciting tasks which I am taught on. I am also given 2 hours a week to complete my coursework.
Amazingly well, I am able to save too!
Yes there are football games you can attend, discounted gym memberships and also a ton of social events, usually with an open bar.
Yes
Great Culture, Great People
Be yourself. There is a culture to maintain and you have to have the correct attitude to work in order to thrive, if you pretend to be anyone else then the company might not end up being right for you.
