My job role is to maintain the stock levels on the shop floor making sure they’re full and always looking presentable, working deliveries and serving customers on a till making sure to give them the best customer experience.
My customer service skills have developed a lot.
I think it’s a great programme to be on, it’s such an amazing opportunity and is an easy straight forward programme.
I feel really valued by Aldi, the team I work with are great, and if I ever have any questions or issues to speak about I feel comfortable speaking with Aldi members.
I feel as though it’s a very organised programme, it’s straight forward and everything’s explained in the easiest way , nothing really ever complicated.
If I’ve ever any questions or if I’m ever struggling, I know my training provider is willing to help until I understand.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, helps with every work issue and personal problems, always there to give a help in hand.
It’s an amazing salary for apprenticeship wage and my wage is never really bad, I’m just too good at spending.

Because the prices in Aldi are great, the staff are amazing and give the best customer service and over all it’s a really good store to shop in.
To be prepared because it’s a tough job but to also enjoy the work environment and give 100% in everything.
