The first year The first year consist of purely college. You will attend a college 5 days a week to gain a general understanding of engineering. This ranges from the theory behind engineering processes to hand fitting techniques. In the 2nd 3rd and 4th years you will be on day release in the business to gain an understanding of the role you will play in the future.
NVQ Level 3 in engineering, Foundation Degree in mechanical engineering, and i have greatly improved my use of excell

I feel valued by the company as I have been given projects that require a great deal of responsibility
I feel that the apprenticeship was as well structed as it could be. I understand that it is not always straight forward when planning placements as the buisness is constantly changing.

The salary for the apprenticeship is very good. It comfortable meets my demands.
Some examples of the activities available outside of work would be: Dressing up in just the most outrageous outfits. oh golly gosh it was fun. The mountain challenge was quite devine. spending 2 whole days with my bestest pals, with nothing to destract you apart from the beautiful scenery. Also you have the opportunity to visit countless schools to talk about the wonderful times we have during the apprenticeship.
Yes
The pay is very good. The skills you learn are for life and useful. the prospect of a job at the end of the apprenticeship is 99% guaranteed.
