sheetmetal worker,different days are different lessons such as workshop lessons and health and safety. working with sheet metal and creating different things to meet a job specification.
i have learnt new skills within a group and independent skills.
its great working with different people in various groups.
i feel valued and involved within the the apprentice group.
the programme is structured well as we have had inductions and support.
we have quite alot of support from our tutor.
we have quite alot of support from our employer as they are often around.
the salary is fine for me as its for general daily living and social costs.
