I feel very valued from the BMW group as I have been aprised my my apprentice manger and tool room manager for undertakening and completing specific tasks that may challege my knowlegde. As myself and my college had an important task to undertake on a very important job for the company and once on completion we were noticed from the higher manger of the plant to give his tankyou
The appreticship is very structured as in your first year you will learn the basic skills so you are able to work on site you also complete an NVQ level 2 in year one with a Btec level 2 in core engineering subjects. When you reach your second year you will start your NVQ level 3 with completion onf btec level 3 subjects. and in you thrird and forth year you have the option to do an HNC as well as completing your NVQ level 3.
