My Job role is maintenance, which includes ghosting more experianced personal to complete repair jobs and some project work as required.
Gaining knowlege of different types of control systems, fabrication skills such as welding, additional training courses such as working at height and first aid, and additional qulaitfications like BTEC level 3 engineering and HNC. Some of these skills can transfer to day-to-day activities.
Nice to work with a range of different people wih somehwat common interests, and overall the work done is to my liking.
Regular meetings for different placements within the plant to confirm what I have achieved and how it benifits, being included in imortant project work as required. Overall positive.
Every year has a set plan of what needs to be done, as well as tri-monthly meetings to confirm what has been achieved in placements. Support is given as needed and someone is always there to sak for help.
Any additional questions I may have had were answered and any support that was required was given.

All expenses are covered such as rent, food, etc. and with plenty spare for social costs.
Plenty of company activites done during/outside of work such as school events and community events like the mountain challenge.

Good stepping stone to form a solid basis with little to worry about such as student debts, as well as a practible field to apply new and learnt teachings.
