There wasn't really a specific role becuase i was apart of the smart future she programme so I was there to learn and have some work experience.
My communication skills improved from the start of the programme to the end. Another skill was to quickly evaluate the information being told and effectively use it when I need to.
I really enjoyed my programme . If I could I would go back and do the whole 3 weeks again.
During my time at EY I felt very valued becuase they had given me things to do that were important and that would help make there job easier.
The smart futures programme is very structured. The timetable runs smooth and effectively and there is always something being done.
I received a lot of support and I still do even though my programme is finished.
A significant amount.
It's was only a 3 week programme , we had been paid more than I would have expected.
There probably are loads .
Yes
Becuase it is the best thing I have ever done and you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive and the things they tell you really do help you.
My advice would be go for it , becuase you probably will regret it if you don't. It's a great working environment and the people are lovely.
