We begun the first two weeks of a three week programme as a group to help work on skills such as leadership and communication through team building exercises. In the final week I was placed into a department of the firm to get an overview of the working environment.
The programme worked on skills such as presentation and team working skills and it benefited me a lot.
The programme was fun and allowed you to meet new people and make new friends.
EY staff were helpful and always offered guidance if needed.
