I am currently working as an audit associate on a variety of difference clients
Learning to confidently talk to the client to obtain the needed response
It's nice to see a variety of difference businesses and get to travel around quite often
I feel my contribution is valued by other teammembers on the job.
Exams and college could be organised better. We had college in September 2017 for an exam at the end of May 2018. I feel this could have been organised better as sitting the exam closer to the college would have made it easier to obtain a better grade.
We go to college occasionally and take part in EY training courses lasting up to a week in length
I often received coaching from more experienced team members if i'm struggling with a particular task.
As I am still living at home i don't have that many costs however, if i was to move out, i would struggle to afford rent and living costs in Bristol.
There are options to take part in CSR days and also recruitment events at schools and colleges

The staff working at EY are extremely friendly and supportive, even to an apprentice who has very little experience with accounting.
