Tool maker. As a tool maker i have to build, mainstain and servace to die the make thge pannels for the minis. on a day too day basis. i will use CNC machines and various hand fitting techniques
within my time at BMW i have been trained and become a qualified tig welder as well as being trained on CNC machining
during my time in the workplace i have really enjoyed my time although the college work can be stressful and teedious
again during work time i feel that i am valued because i am invloved in day too day work just like the skilled employees
The work time and place,mnets with the buissness are very well structured but the college work and NVQ deadlines could be improved greatly
i feel that i am given as much support as i need and am given weekly reveiws to track my progress
i feel that my employeer pushes me to be the best and will allways push me past my boundreys
i think that the salery is perfect for someone leaving school as you are given pay rises every 6 months depending on your behaviour and quallity of work
there are many opertunitys outside or work such as activitys days, school events and company events. there are also various discounts that are availible through out the market
Yes
there are lots of skills to be learnt as well as helping you build as indervidual rather than an employee
ensure that you read all questions properly on the application form and reasearch the buissness and the job before applying
