My current role is apprentice manager at deputy level. Currently on a day to day basis I may be expected to run the shop floor, have control over the store safe, cashing up and being in control off till draws. I also am part off the specialbuys team which are in charge off all specials l buys in store and have ran these shifts before.
I have learnt many skills such as dealing with customers, how to be in charge off a store safe, running a shop floor and the employees as well as further developing communication skills
I very much enjoy the programme from the people I work with to the roles off the job
I feel valuable by higher members off staff and by most in store
The structure is well planned and thought through for the apprentice
The training provider over great support and are always there to help out with course work
The employer off good support if I was ever to need help or was struggling
The pay is just about enough to meet my costs
