I now have a level 4 apprenticeship. I am currently sitting exams 7/8 of the ACA course.
The people make the job amazing, it means everyday is enjoyable.
Great firm. Its very easy to fit in and you get treated really well. I.e illness.
Initially this wasnt great as we were the first intake on the new scheme, but it seems for the latest year of joiners its very well organised.
All of our study time is in college. We receive alot of support during exams.
We have coaches who are our go to, these are helpful when you have issues.
The second year bright start salary is the same as first year grad. This covers all living costs but you dont have a lot of spare income. This could be better. Plus there isn't really a bonus pot.
Lots of social events either involving drink or food or just socials.
Yes
