On a day to day basic, this involves both cash office and shop floor work, this could be anything from working stock on shop floor and replening to cashing up tills and counting the safe!
Within the time iv gained leadership skills through out the apprenticeship, iv also developed on customer service skills as its a big part of retail and has to be dealt with on a day to day basis.
I enjoy the program highly! Ifs interesting and theres never a dull day that goes by, theres always something new to do and experience..
Aldi are good at looking after the staff.. they give lots of opportunities and extras to take on board and to look at
As the programme is set in a 3 year time frame, it is structured very well in terms of per year per work unit and work experience
The training is great.. if ever needed they are very approachable and know that they are happy to help or to answer any question..
If ever needed aldi are good at support.. they try their best and if not always try to compromise
It matches quite well.. the salary is low compared to a normal worker and is a little annoying knowing your doing a deputy role and getting payed less than a stock assistant, but generally for an apprentice wage its okay
There are courses and things you can do outside of work, these are things that or offered to you or ones you could request
Yes
Its a good company to work for and the wage is decent!
Always apply with an open mind! Go full out and dont ne afraid
