  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The course is well structured. There were a few things at the beginning that were confusing until we got up and running. The support I get is good. I get 8 hours a weeK for my apprenticeship Which I find really useful to complete all my work. I get plenty of time to complete my assignment work but if I am struggling the tutors are there to help.

  • I recieve lots of support from my training provider. They explained everything at the start and introduced themselves. I was allocated a tutor who is always at the end of a phone if I am struggling. The tutor keeps incontact on a regular basis. • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Due to having a new manager to the business its been hard to receive alot of support from him as he is not sure about apprenticeships. Things have got better in the last few weeks because I have been showing him what I have been doing. He as also spoken to my tutor on my review and she explained alot more things to him. The co op team who deal with the apprenticeships have been really helpful.
