Depending on what time I start, I will either be working the delivery early in the morning/night or working the back stock during the day. During this I have feedback from my managers to improve for my apprenticeship.
During my qualification I have improved a lot on my independence and learnt a lot about Aldi and what I can achieve during my apprenticeship
I am lucky enough to work with some great managers and store assistance so that makes my programme a lot easier as I know if I need help I am able to ask them.
I feel valued at Aldi and that they want me to achieve my qualification over these couple of years.
The programme is more or less structured well, I will have a face to face or phone call session usually every month or every other month.
I have had a lot of support from my training provider and will ask him if I ever need help.
I receive a lot of support from my employer when I am working. They always try to push me to improve.
For an apprenticeship, I receive a very good salary and am content with it.
I am fortunate enough to be working early shifts so I am to have a social life outside of work. So I can do a lot of sports or meet with friends when I want.
