At the moment we attend college full time, this involves workshop and classroom lessons. Once in the business we will be carrying out on the job placements which will help us to develop our skills.
I have learnt new skills in the workshop and developed my skills in other lessons such as maths. I will develop further skills in the business.
I enjoy the programme and it met my expectations.
I feel valued by BAE Systems as we get constant feedback and as apprentices we are essentially the future workers.
It is very well organised, we have all the training and support we need.
We have a personal tutor at college therefore if we have any problems we can go to him.
We have a lot of support from our employer and I feel we do have people we can go to if we have a problem.
I feel the salary is reasonable for apprentice wage.
We have not yet gone into the business so I am unsure of any out of work opportunities.
