I am an AM and it requires me to be able to run the pub, manage my team and look after the customers.
Even though I already new how to do certain skills I now know how to go in-depth with the work
The day workshops are better and enjoyable than the workbooks with how they have explained everything.
I feel the same as before I did the course at this moment and time
You try and make it organised and set yourself time scales for work, but I'm this line of work majority of the time it isn't realistic. Hours from your contracted hours even 4 hours every other week should have to be put towards this. As mandatory.
A lot! I had Lisa Knox and she is understandable with my line of work but still pushes me and belived I could achieve it and I did. She was always trying to give us more help and time. within our course books. Even if we had to go over one book 2-4 times she would and explain it in different ways until I would understand. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't of passed as no support else where was received!
None. No time was given even when I knew I was struggling to complete it every bit of the work completed and all training days and all one to ones with Lisa was in my own time.
Average.
Now I have this qualification, I feel my opportunities have gotten wider.
Yes
It is a great company that has great courses they will put you on.
Power through because it'll be all worth it.
