My role is a team leader in two of Greene King public houses.Iam in charge of two medium teams ,dealing with customers ,arranging rotas, cash handling,banking etc
i have gained another qualification and improve my confidence with this course
I enjoyed researching facts behind certain aspects of my role in the company
Greene King are a modern company and help in the progress of their employees
Sometimes i found it hard to meet some of the deadlines as i work over two sites and it was hard to arrange to sit my exams
My trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was excellent and very supportive,my only problem was i had a different training provider at the start of my course ie under spirit then, then lifetime provider took over, the my first tutor left then [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] came along
Both my managers were there for me always
I am on hourly pay so my salary varies from month to month .I find it hard at this moment due to alot of labour lockdowns
