Assistant manager-pub My role is to manage the pub on a daily basis and lead my team and also to ensure the customers receive the best customer service possible

In the 2 years I have served Greene king i haven’t received the support I was looking for even when I asked on multiple occasions for it. Again I have never been taken seriously for a promotion even when I have gone above and beyond since starting to prove myself to them.
Look at all other options very carefully too before making your final decision
