At the moment my role involves being the best store assistant that I can be, I work on the tills and work through the back stock and new delivery. I also learn bits about becoming a manager in the next year.
I learnt the ‘Aldi way’ and I’ve learnt how to work on the tills and deal with customers and certain situations.
I enjoy the programme a lot as I’m learning new things everyday and everyday is different
I feel like I am very valued part of Aldi in my store.
The structure of the programme is great as I can gradually learn both the management side and the store assistan side.
I receive a lot of training when I need it, I have gradual check ups on how I feel the programme is going and how I am.
I receive again loads of support from my employer, they have monthly meetings with me and I can go to them anytime I want.
Very well
