I am a Deputy Manager and I help to manage and run the store on a day to day basis whether it be doing paperwork or telling people what to and organising the shopfloor.
I am have improved my organisational skills and time keeping and also massively improved my management skills.
I have really enjoyed this programme and would recommend it to anyone.
Really valued as I feel like a key part of the team.
Very well structured and I know what I need to complete and by what date.
Loads of support she is always on the other side of the phone if you need anything .
You can also go to the if you have a problem and they will resolve the issue the best they can.
It does a good job as I can also save money and put aside alongside.
