Work Experience Review

Your role is to try to gain knowledge on what you want for example if you wanted to see what a trader does than you can go and speak to a trader.

Yes I have developed many exiting skills , such as learned how to use excel, I have gained experience at using a vlookup, index, offset and waterfall.

The program was very enjoyable as we got to talk to a senior executive and got the opportunity to talk to a trader and an operations manager. Got to learn a lot about investing and what happens to the money when it is invested.

I feel valued at M&G Investment as people take time to talk to you although they have a busy work day and everybody respects everybody and the working environment is awesome .

The structure of the program is very organized and very well done as we got a lot to do even when sitting at a desk and get to meet people and do awesome things.

I received a lot of support when I needed help and gained a lot of knowledge about a lot of things.

The employer was very supportive if anybody needed help.

Yes as you can start your own project and than if it is accepted you can implement it into the system.
