  • Craft fitting tasks, assembly work on aircraft and day relase to college once a week.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt many new skills such as engineering and assembly skills. I have also gained a national diploma in aeronautical engineering and I am working towards an NVQ in aernautical engineering and a Higher National Certificate in Manufacturing engineering.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a lot, the training support is excellent and everyone in the workplace is keen to teach you new skills and put time into my apprenticeship.

  • I feel very valued at Bae systems as I recieve regular positive feedback from managers and training staff.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organised and there is good structure in how the apprenticeship is run, the trianing staff are always helpful and deal with any issues or concerns.

  • I recieve what I believe to be the correct amount of support and could easily request more if required.

  • I recieve what I believe to be the correct amount of support and could easily request more if required.

  • The salary I recieve is very competative amongst other apprentices working for different organisations.

  • Yes there are a huge amounts of events to get involved in and I am also a part of the ambassador scheme.

  • Yes

  • Bae systems provides a very high standard of training working on world class products.

  • Always try your best and research into the company.
