During my week at EY, I took on the role of a Business Academy student. This involved learning about my service line, meeting the team and learning about different clients and the day to day tasks that must be completed. The week finished with a presentation to summarise all that I have learned.
I have developed my knowledge of the different service lines at EY and gained an insight into what goes on a day to day basis. I also developed my confidence when talking to the different members of the team about their work and clients. I also got the chance to develop my presentation skills at the end of the week.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at EY and would recommend it to anyone regardless of if you're looking at an apprenticeship or uni
I felt extremely valued by my team and everyone whilst being at EY. I always felt welcomed and could ask questions at any time
I felt that the programme was really well organised and structured. I always felt I had something to do even if that wasn't preparing for my end of week presentation.
I felt that I receieved lots of support from my counsellor and buddy throughout the process. I always felt I could ask questions and go to them if I was struggling with anything.

I was really happy with the pay especially because other schemes didn't offer a salary.
During my week, i was offered lots of opportunites to go out for lunch with the team. I also got the opportunity to go out for coffee with partners or managers

I felt it broadened my understanding of the buisness and service line i was in. It also helped me think about what path i might want to take in the future
Try your best and make the msot of every opportunity that you are given
