Throughout my week at EY I have had to create a presentation which I had to present on Friday afternoon to show what I have learnt in my week with EY. I interacted everyday with people in my audit team and they were all really helpful with giving me advice on how to make my presentation better. My buddy Joe Duffin was exceptional in checking to make sure I made no mistakes with my presentation.
I have learnt skills that i can take into my everyday life and this will hopefully allow me to gain a school leaver apprenticeship next year
I enjoyed my programme a lot becasause the team was very friendly and the days werent stressful and i could go at my own pace. This is good because i could speak to my peers while also getting the work done at the same time.
I felt well valued in my week and i felt like i could approach anybody at any given time if i needed help with ny project, this was good because it took nerves off me as i was very nervous at the start of the week.
My programme was well orgsnised and structured. I always knew what i has to do and was given appropriate support when needed, furthermore my induction was good on Monday and the task delegation was ordered so everybody had the similar amount of jobs to do
i felt like i recieved a lot of suport from my buddy and counsellor and it kept me informed about my project
