  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The work is continuously changing and the teams change dramatically from a shop floor to office envirourment. Some teams have been more challengeing to work with but overall the teams have been approachable and fun to work with. The culture is amazing combining working hard and then playing hard. The programme did not meet my expections but in a good way as i thought that it would be boring and repeative, and thankfully that was far from reality. Somedays i have my bad days were i do not enjoy my time but these times are heavilly outweighed by the enjoyable and challengeing days.
