I went around businesses and for the first few calls, I watched but later, I helped with networking like configuring routers and things of that category. The person I was with taught me alot of things and was very encouraging. I had a few responsibilities and was made aware. Everyday, I did about 3-5 jobs which taught me alot for the future and helped.
I have developed lots of my existing skills like configuring routers and SQL servers. I have also learnt about what it means to work in that job and how it feels as in pressure and things similar to that. It's set me up for my actual job.
Yes, I loved it. The work was really fun and the people I was working with were always smiling and were happy to help me when I needed. It exceeded my expectations and was very pleasant.
I got and was made to get involved with all the work and got recognition and praise from my co-workers. I also got valued by the staff and they seemed very happy that I was there and wanted to teach me. Though, I'd prefer if I could speak with the manager more.
It was amazingly organized! Before I started, I was briefed on what I had to do and got help throughout. I also got support from the staff when I was stuck with things and got helped with studying.
I got lots of support from my training provider. He had a great attitude and helped me through everything I had to do. He guided me through everything and let me do some things by myself to learn.
My employer ran me down at the end of every month on how well I did and had a very nice attitude towards me. If I had any problems, it would always get resolved and it was very nice
The salary was alright and let me pay for living, petrol and food. However, I would liked a bit more for social doings.
There isn't much outside of work but there is a building for work with help. Outside of work, I just stayed at my apartment.
Yes
It's got amazing staff, teaches you alot and helps you so much for the future.
Just be yourself and don't be stressed, they are very chill and always willing to help.
