I was an intern in the EY Smart Futures 2018. The first 2 weeks involved developing skills that are relatable within the work place, and using these skills in business-based activities. The final week was a business experience week in which we worked in chosen sectors of the firm, shadowing staff members and getting involved in clients work.
I have developed my communication and leadership skills as well as developed my networking skills.
I enjoyed the programme a lot; it gave me a clear insight into the business world.
i felt very valued by EY; they treated us all as part of the firm and were very inclusive.
The programme is very well organise, there is a different objectives everyday to ensure we learn the most in the time frame.
