Very... Had some issues out of work and BAE have help and encouraged me with support
It is well organised but a bit more direction would be helpful

does pay well and will in long run but having to commute !50 miles per day so travelling costs add up to £100 a week
Being on an RAF base there are always things to do and courses to attend... plenty of socialising aswel
