  • I thnk every aspect is brilliant even the boring write ups

  • Very... Had some issues out of work and BAE have help and encouraged me with support

  • It is well organised but a bit more direction would be helpful

  • As much as required especially the internal NVQ assessors

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • does pay well and will in long run but having to commute !50 miles per day so travelling costs add up to £100 a week

  • Being on an RAF base there are always things to do and courses to attend... plenty of socialising aswel
