Learning different skills, gaining workplace skills and a CMI qualification
Yes, gained better communication skills and improved my public speaking
I enjoyed it a lot, meeting a lot of likeminded people with similar ambitions
A lot, they allowed us access to anywhere in the building and talk to any worker which shows the trust
Sometimes not structured, left alone when tasks get completed too quick
Huge amount, mentor has been a great touch to the programme
Employer was a great host made us feel welcome and comfortable and allowed us to do tasks that others do.
Good paid opportunity, the skills learnt from programme are worth a lot more.
A lot of people may be isolated and not know where to look, this programme is great as it has alumni events coming up
