During the week, I undertook varying roles in different departments, including: doing company research reports, reading up on employment disputes and summarising cases for the commercial department.
I have picked up new skills relative to law and developed pre-existing skills, like my communication and attention to detail.
It has been the best work experience I have been on to date.
I felt that I was genuinely valued whilst I was there as I was given real tasks to do and everyone made an effort to be nice.
The programme is very well structured. We normally had group exercises and talks in the mornings and would work in our different departments in the afternoon.
I felt I was very well supported the entire time I was here and never felt nervous about asking people questions or for their help.
