I was in the assurance team in the business insight week. I was paired up with a buddy and spent 3 days working with him and shadowing what he did. I also got the chance to speak to all the members of his team which ranged from associates and partners
I have improved my communication skills and my confidence. I have also improved my team work skills due to the extra project
