Being taught the role of a Logistics Operative, kitting work orders and driving a forklift.
Learnt how to drive a variety of vehicles, SAP Training.
I enjoy my work environment and those I work alongside
I get necessary feedback and know I can approach my team leader with confidence
I have had several local inductions, giving all the training I require for my role.
I can go and see my line manager at any time with any issues I may have
I am given help when needed and given responsibilities to best my own limitations.
My salary is very good for my own living costs
