My role at the Smart Future Programme was to develop and learn more about the real world of work, through shadowing and project based learning.
I have developed lots of interpersonal skills such as team workingp and communication skills. I have also developed my presentation skills through team buliding skills
I enjoyed my programme very much as was able to alot about the real world of work. I was also able to meet likeminded people who I was able to learn from.
I felt valued at EY as I felt as though my opinion was always heard. I also felt that if I needed extra help or assisstance from the team members, they were there to listen.
My programme was very structured and organised. Everyday was well planned and we knew exactly what was expected of us and what they wanted us to do.
There was lots of support avaiable. I knew exactly what was expected of me and when i was suppoused to do it.
I received lots of support. I recevied lots of support if I had any questions or needed help they were there.
It met my cost well. As we had our lunch covered and if we were living outside of the city, we could have transport cost covered as well.
Yes we are made aware of other programmes. Such as school leaver or graduate schemes.
Yes
I would recommend EY to a friend because it was very helpful. It also believe it would help them in their development.
Be ready for situational questions in the interview. Make sure you know which part of EY you want to work in before you apply.
