Yes I have completed modules in construction, sustainability and law, health and safety regulations. I have learnt how to complete valuation surveys and developed an understanding of how to value residential properties
I really enjoy the programme and acquiring all the knowledge and skills required to complete residential surveys.
We have recently been transferred to another company which came as a complete shock and in the middle of our apprenticeship
Fairly well - feedback has been provided and changes have already been implemented to improve this further.
We attend workshops once per month and have access to online learning materials and guided through the online learning course. There is also a progress review which is undertaken frequently and there is an academic support tutor where additional support can be requested
As much or as little as needed - we are given ample time to complete our studies
My salary and package meets all costs required to complete the job and undergo all training
There are a number of opportunities outside of work - different courses and resources to compliment learning. There is also an initiative called day to make a difference which is a paid working day which can be used to contribute within the community.
Yes
Plenty of career opportunities across the group, good benefits package
