WE with Barratt Homes Review

We all had someone that we would follow and see what they would do in their job. This was quite interesting since we could see the range of responsibilities and daily interactions that would occur every day for different managers and directors of Barratt Homes. Every day was pretty much the same. And the final part was the This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions telling us to do this review and then we get to go home.

I have learnt how to be professional which is paramount when we have to speak to clients because they expect the best and when you're selling high end properties, it's about the customer service as well which can incline some customers and clients to buy even if you're on the phone to them.

It was very enjoyable ebcause it's something completely difefrent to anything that you would learn at school. It's quite eye opening that these kinds of jobs exists because being able to speak with people outside the office and going round to clients and also having the opportunity to work in the office with your colleagues is quite special and very different.

I felt very valued because whenever I'd complete some work my manager that I was following around would be very grateful adn tell me the good thigns that I had done which made me feel like I was doiung something right and working with this kind of company felt quite warm and was very mdoern adn fresh too so they appreciated us as if we were a new generation coming into the company.

It was a little bit strcutured but at some points during the day soemtimes we would have no work to do which emant that we would kind of pretend to have some work so that the managers wouldnt feel bad that they had to find us work because it wasnt busy season and they didnt have naything interesting up as they didnt know that we would be coming which was the only downside.

I didn't really know of any training providers but one of the directors did tell us that nay newbies that would be coming in to Barratt Homes and may want to get a professional qualification that would be helpful in property management or in the financial or banking side of the company would do this throught he company's training provider and they would teach them and get them to do exams.

I received enough support to elarn enough about Barratt Homes and as well about property because I kind of learnt the ropes to the company but not necessarily specific things that they do everyday because that would be too difficult to teach in jsut a day or two which is completely udnertsndable but helped make my mind up whether this kind of job is one for me.

The salary was good because I could pay for the tube costs as well as have some left over for my luncha and also I was able to buy some smart suits and outfits with some of the moeny and have some left over in order for me to spend for personal use which meant that the time spent working was also paid for but I still eblieve the benefits ojutweigh naything they could ahve paid us.

Not necessarily since I don'tthink that this company really has a lot of events going apart from the few office events where there' shardly anyone there since pretty much everyone is really passionate about whatt they;'re doing but as soon as five pm comes, they all havce a smile on their face as they're leaving haha.

Personally, I don't feel as though I can kind of grow within this kind of company, it just doesn't feel like my kind of company due to the way that it's dynamic is. However, this is only my personal opinion nad some people may think that this company would be perfect for them.

They like it when you're really passionate about the company and really care about the company and maybe say facts about Barratt Homes.
