My job role was a cashier. I make interactions with customers on a daily basis. I enjoy helping our customers with their needs. I like to see them leave in a better place than they walked in.
I passed my maths and English which I had before anyway. I also achieved nvq in providing financial services. I have also matured as a person, working in a professional environment
The programme was really good. I enjoyed working with my team. They were really supportive. I have had fun this last years and I think I have done well in progressing.
The support from the managers were excellent. I had a few recognition from managers and area director. I have tried to get involved in as much events as I can. I was involved in the parish night.
Elmfield was poor with the structure around communication and visits to me
The individual trainer was very helpful.
I have had all the support I need.
