Different Tasks everyday. This meant that i was able to learn something new everyday. Some of the tasks were working in a group this meant you were able to devlop you teamwork skills. Also many different roles such as visiting different places as part of the program.
I have learnt many new skills such as Teamworking, communication and networking. These skills werent as strong before i had taken the program. However once i had completed the program these skills were developed which are very useful when applying to apprentships or receiving interviews from universities.
I enjoyed this program a lot because i consisted of something new and different everyday. Also you had a good team of staff willing to support and help you whenever you needed to, so this made the program way more enjoyable.
I felt very valued by EY. This is because they were very organised and had everything ready for all students. Also the people hosting the program came round helping all students with the tasks if needed.
The program was well organised and stuctured. This is because we had different tasks we had to do on a day to day basis. We also were given a timetable with all activities we were going to do on a day to day basis. This meant that i was able to prepare for the tasks i was going to complete the next day.
