Learnt about managers and their roles. Conducted interviews and completed tasks daily. Had a dragons den project to complete in groups and met with the ministry of justice. There was also a chance to have a mentor and a ceremony at the end which was very fun.
Yes, I have learn managerial skills and developed my communication skills further. I was also taught how to write emails professionally and what to say in interviews. This program made me more confident in speaking and meeting people.
I enjoyed a lot. It taught me things aswell as meeting new people and networking. I was able to be in an environment I wasn’t used to but enjoyed working in.
Very, they made me and everyone else feel like we’re actuall employees.
The structure was good but when we went to the ministry of justice, it could have been a bit better with organising tasks. It was their first time with ministry of justice however.
A lot, they contact me often to see how I’m doinbfg and ask if I need advice on anything which has helped me a lot.
A lot of support they were very helpfull especially with problems when it came to using the laptops or any general queries.
They covered travel costs aswell as extra money is provided as you’re paid for the hours you completed
I’m not sure, I think net working is the best way the find opportunities and using the EY has helped with uni applications.
