  • My programm is very stressful as I do work in complaints, not only this but it is difficult to maiantain composure due o call demand, however I have enjoiyed being able to develop myself profeesionaly and selflessly to ensure I am contantly improving so to an extent I feel this program has sculpted me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In terms ofd structure this program is a bit messy, to begin witht eh coursork was laid out and due to the nature of the job, everything changes frequently not allowing us to adaptt and develop within a set environment. There is also some miscommunication with the full tme advisors not underrtsaning we are ona different learning path

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We have occasional monthly one to ones with our provider, wihc allows thm to set us targets and goals to adcheive before their nect visit. This causes us to work to a deadline to complete all of the work. we have access to all of the contacts we need for support at any time of the day.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I wouldn't nsay this applies to me as they are an external group and the things we discuss with them are different to the thing we discuss with our employer, but its important that we still continute to have these metteings as they do facilitate us when we a re stressed or need support

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are no activies to be had, which is disspaointing but within a big business I cant imagine there to be. Plus there are a lot of hours within this role, which makes it difficult to have a good work life balance when after work wse haver to do courswork, so having time to then dop more activities seems impossible

  • 9a. Would you recommend E.ON to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Its a excellent learning environment whilst on the job, its effectively the best place to be if you want to proffesionally grow as a person. The expericnes I have had over the short period of time that ive been on this apprenticeship has been brilliant. Ive really grown as a person and that's allowed me to reach out and grab m,ore opportunities.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to E.ON?
  • make sure you know what you are getting into. the job is very stressfull, but for the rate of pay it does have the incentive, going forwards obviously make sure you are ready and pay attention during training as the work is very content heavy, so if you don't take it on board you will struggle within the role
