As a credit controller, my responsability is to analyse accounts with debt and find the triggers and discuss with customers in order to find the best solution for their account.
I've developed both my soft and techinal skills. It was an amazing opportunity for my professional development.
I highly recommend to follow an apprenticeship as it allows you to work and learn in the same time.
The program was well structured. We've had online classes with a tutor and also a platform courses to complete.
I was encouraged all the time by my employer and was always willing to help.
My training provided always answer on the spot to all my queries, is flexible and supportive.
This qualification allowed me to gain more skills and to put these in practise on a daily basis. As an example, the communication and negotiation skills help me while I have a tough conversation with customers. In this way, I remain calm and provide all the necessary information, but in the same time I manage to resolve the debt.
