Working on AML projects for a series of financial providers where I am given support to be able to complete cases on high risk customers which entails screening, transactional analysis and ownership structures.
I have massively developed my confidence skills as I have the support and knowledge to be able to be able to complete cases. I have also had the experience of presenting to large groups.
I enjoyed being an analyst on the AML projects as this was interesting and I was given responsibility for my own workload however being in the QC role is very challenging. The university content is centered around personal development which is not my preference
The university day remains the same every week and I have enough study days to also take which I can plan around assignments
I receive a large amount of support from my counsellor as work who has also previously been on the degree programme. We have regular meetings and it is a platform for myself to get support and guidance
I receive some support from the training provider
