setting up customers , performing credit checks, sending welcome packs, Re-keys, Logging.
I have learned lots of new skills such as re-keys and logging and sending welcome packs
I am thoroughly enjoying my programme and am getting along with everyone.
It has been more organised of recent times but previously there was some confusion
Support is always available and always comfortable to approach my manager or other members of the team to help
Previous development coach was quite confusing but new development coach has more structure to training and is very clear.
