We try each section out for 2-7 weeks depending on the section. We try out; electrical, aircraft fitting, aircraft fitting, fitting, machining and CAD.
I have learnt new things on every section.
I have enjoyed all work i have done at BAE. The program is well organised and enjoyable at every stage.
I feel appreciatied and welcomed by everyone here and a valued member of BAE.
The program is packed with usefull skills throughout the apprenticeship. Every step is easily followed and completed.
I receve help when necessary but not too much that you don't use your own initiative.

The company provides many opportunities to get together outside of work, such as football, rugby or other social events.
