Booking Travel and Accommodation. Arranging Internal & External Meetings. Minute taking. Setting up the new starters with access to our systems. Monthly audits. Making amends to Internal website. Stationery ordering.
Presentation skills. Organising and prioritising work load. How to work effectively as a team. Developed excel skills. Learnt new skills from new systems I was trained to us.
Lots of opportunity for development even once you have finished your apprenticeship. Great people.
Detailed Induction and structured development plan from the day you start. Lots of support given from HR throughout the 18 months.
During the 18 months we received regular catch ups with HR and monthly one to ones with managers, the support was there if you needed it.
The coursework was independent work which we did during working hours however we had a tutor we saw once a month from the college who would check your work and set targets. For exams we received regular training sessions from a college teacher.
Careers events where we prompted the apprenticeship at schools and colleges. Apprenticeship group project. Presentations at colleges. Games rooms. Bootcamp.
